UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index
According to this year's edition of the UBS Global Real Estate Bubble Index, the imbalances on urban property markets have fallen sharply. Only Zurich and Tokyo remain in the bubble risk zone. For the study, UBS analysed residential property prices in 25 major cities worldwide. From mid-2022 to mid-2023, real property prices in the cities analysed fell by an average of 5 percent. The correction phase is likely to continue.
